GBPUSD: under pressure before the publication of the business activity index in the UK services sector

February 4, 2015

Buy on a level breakthrough of 1.5200 with 1.5269 target. Stop loss = 1.5150.

Reason for the trading strategy

Today at 9.30 GMT, the business activity index in the UK's services sector will be published, forming a significant part of the country's GDP. The indicator's expected growth from 55.8 to 56.6 p in January can provide support for the pound. With the pound breaking through the resistance level of 1.5200, opening long positions is worth considering.
