Don't believe because my withdrawal still not received. octa send email&apps also mention 3 my withdrawal is successful but only 1 I received another 2 still not received. how come you send email successful if we didn't receive the money and your customer service say will be credit in 24h but now is been 2 day. if the withdrawal pending just tick pending don't send email mention successful because octa try to lies their customers.

Depending on your bank's operating speed, this usually takes up to 24 working hours.

The funny thing is that against the backdrop of major scammers, no one notices the fraud of the Larson & Holz office, which simply throws its customers for money. Of course, not on such a scale as large scammers, but the fact remains that this office is inherently scammers too, besides, they throw their clients very sophisticatedly and stupidly appropriate their money, and then clear the history of transactions and simply transfer their clients' accounts to the archive so that no one can show them anything. Beware of cooperation with this company, so as not to be deceived.

How can one of the leading broker depend on one payment solution provider? I am a very small trader but want to trust the platform but how should I trust when small amount are not being processed. I made 3 withdrawals which are in pending and on contacting the customer care they say it is been processed from our end but we are facing difficulties/technical issues with our payment solution provider/payment gateway so we ask to wait till we solve the issue. So I come back to my above question, ï¿½how can you be depended on single solution? To deposit the money you have multiple mediums but for withdrawal only one?

Please be informed that we ask our customers to allow us up to 3 business days for payment processing.
