G'day from Down Under, even here ACM is giving other brokers a run for their money, easy to see why with their super platform and excellent FX news coverage. Spreads are unbeatable as they are very stable.

I had the chance to be in NY for the Traders Expo last month, met Peter Rosenstreich the ACM CMA. i was very impressed by this broker and have since opened a demo account to compare it to my HotSpot, I have to say that for the moment I am actually enjoying the ease of execution far better with ACM's.

Trading institutional with ACM for 4 years now. 4 years means I am very content with this broker, spreads were always good but now with fractional pips they are so tight. The platform are well laid out and easy to use with execution still impressive.

Yeah, that's right. My travels ended when I came to the door of ACM, I lo-ove their trailing stops, they actually work all the time. I ain't movin anywhere, best broker around.

Sorry, hold on.........OK, that's better. Sorry, I had to stop laughing at Wong, or more like WRONG! Honestly, where the hell would anybody openly admit (IF true) that you are too good, get out! (Ok Harras casino probably) Please, don't take us all for the moron you probably are. If the reason you give were true, they would find another excuse, all in the knowledge that idiots like you immediately hit the forums, why in god's name would they give you any amunition?? And another thing, what is it about ACM that everybody loves to slag off? I mean, just have a look at the rest of this site, some brokers have never even had a review in all the time they have been on it yet ACM has a zillion! Well my Dear Mr. Watson, it's elementary, this broker must be so good that it's putting the fear of god in its competitors, from what I have read it must be that smaller imitation Dukascopy. So much negativity can actually be positive, so much in fact that I may well look at opening a demo to try tham out myself!

Very good execution, prompt refunds with no provision, they contact you a lot per telephone. But they are not perfect! If you make too much money, they say to you per telephone you are not welcome any more and they just disable your account. Well, at least they called first.:-( They did not like my strategy, they said: "You hit us there, where we are the most vulnerable." And stopped communication. Figure it out.

Better get those binoculars out, the ACM ship is heading over the horizon now! Ok, not content in adding fractional pips, then winning a couple of awards on the way, ACM has just informed me of the addition of a further 7 currency pairs (good ones like AUD/CHF and GBP/AUD). What next I ask myself, one thing is for sure, when they get the banking licence I would imagine the sky is the limit!

ACM just keep pushing the boat further out, first they added fractional pips to their excellent platform, and now I see they received a Best Broker and Best FX Platform award from Banker Middle East. Official wards speak louder than stupid negative postings from newbees or competitors! Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

ACM in Geneve is superb. 11 out of 10. Congratulations on the new management. 
 
At last it seems that ACM finally have some staff that truly listen and do their best to make a potential client feel appreciated, not just another client. 
 
What excellent customer service from Alex De Lusignan Fan-Moniz, great product knowledge, excellent multilingual skills and total efficient in delivering a great product. 
 
Peter Rosenstreich is an excellent spokesperson and should feature more often. We recomend ACM to anyone who has interest in FOREX trades

I was so glad to be informed by my broker that they have now added a new dimension to their already fantastic trading conditions...Fractional Pips! I can see that EUR/GBP be has gone as low as 0.5 pip. Just add this to the other fantastic points I made above, I think you would be very hard pressed to find a better broker, definitely worth investigating!

HORIBLE customer service... You send them emails, they don't respond.. the only thing you get from them are the automated daily emails.... You request a call back, they don't call. I don't Recommend. Looking elsewhere for a reliable Broker now.

Have been trading for many months now, absolutely pleased with my choice. I did much due diligence before making my decision, there was much information I needed answers for, as a fellow trader on another forum explained to me, we should see the relationship between us and a broker as a long term business one, that we work hard for our money and as such need to make sure we choose a broker which we feel comfortable and confident with, one that comes across as the most professional. Important for me is their Mobile WAP Technology as I do much travelling between Australia and Switzerland. For example, I am able to open a position here in Switzerland, fly to Singapore on my way to Perth and check my positions on my WAP platform, close it if necessary or open another if I see an interesting move in the market as I receive live feeds, really, really excellent.

I have been happily trading Futures with Saxo bank for many years now, but when I decided to diversify my trading to also include Forex, I opted to open an account with ACM. This broker has always given me a trading platform and service offering total peace of mind, it has allowed me to keep travelling around the world freely with the certain knowledge that my positions will always be at the end of my fingertips. Definitely worth a try!

does anyone know why ACMUSA.COM site is down? Or does anyone experiencing any problems visiting their home page? I called them and they said that they were doing maintenance but it is very odd that they are doing it during the WEEK not weekend and they didn't warn their clients.

My husband did years of trading with Polish FX broker, very bad experience, little money made for us, only broker make money! I ACM advertising in Geneva airport and we decide to try, it really is so much better, we make money money now, we find the advanced trader platform very fast, my husband like that there is no slippage as well, good bye Polish broker!!!

I am having an account since years with Interactive Brokers (IB), which I am very happy with. The advantage is I can trade all markets on one platform, including the forex. A friend of mine who trades with ACM since 1995 recommended me, that ACM has far better conditions than IB in the forex market. I gave it a try only in June 2008, and I must say I could have saved a lot of money if had done so already earlier. I opened with 10000 USD, now I am at 12800 USD, and I compared the trades with my IB account which I still have, and I must say it is hard to compare it exactly, but I saved at least 400 USD only because I do my forex now on ACM. Apart from that, the ACM platform is the best I have worked so far. Highly recommended!
