If Exness manipulates trades and moves different from other brokers these does not concern me what concern me is my deposits. I did not open MT4 or 5 to trade with it. Release my withdrawal, what does $25 means to you so if I deposit $10,000 into you will manipulate it and convert it to your own! To avoid clients who will ask for their funds you closed the live chat, telegram etc and blocked email via support@exness.com

Dear Exness Support/ Finacial Department, My name is Mr. Adeola Ready, holder of Exness Standard Account Number: 438229. I made deposit of $25 with Bank Card (Mastercard) and then made withdrawal of $20 on 11th September 2020 up till now I have not receive it in my Bank Card (Mastercard) and I tried to withdraw the balance ($4.87) but the system did not process it. It gave report, that it will take 90 days before it can be withdraw. Where is the instant withdrawal! Please release my funds, I am in need of them urgently. Thanks

Honestly, I find nothing but negative comments on exness and them trying to cover these same opinions. Not even one positive review. There has to be something wrong with this broker. Regulated or not. I have a friend who uses exness and is always complaining about withdrawals. It seems that exness is always having some problem which is a problem itself. Haven't used this broker but I already reccommend that no one uses it.

This withdraw process has been a complete nightmare. Forst they lock your account forcing you to upgrade and then won't allow you to withdraw from your account without paying them first. Chat support is very rude. Every rep you get gives you a different story. Seems like the money you spend you never get back.

Maybe the only reason there was a gap that other chats never had is because the spreads was different. As a regulated broker there spreads are allowed to vary between certain times. That is why you are offered a 0 spread account if you can afford it.

Exness is a SCAM broker, they cheated with me. On 27 August 2020, I had this order (263217332) (MT4 24186463). In this order I had my SL and TP set, the market crossed my TP level by 21 pips but still, it didn't trigger my TP. After that, I tried manually closing the trade but the platform didn't allow me to do so. I restarted the mt4 platform and tried it again the next 15 minutes several times but still didn't work. Later after 40-50 minutes, the trade instead of hitting my TP it hit my SL. After this happened and I talked to live chat four times, 1st and 2nd time they told me it was a technical issue on our Real 11 server and it will be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, 4th time when I contacted the chat service, they told me that I have to send an email then they will take action and it may take 24 hours to resolve. Then I have sent them an email with all the details and screenshots. After 24 hours again I contacted live chat service then they told me they have tons of clients, they don't know how long it will take to resolve. I'm sure they are just wasting time; they don't want to resolve it. I'm surprised, how bad their customer service and how they treat their customer like they give misleading information.

I received the message I needed to upgrade, account locked. I can't get in and withdraw what I have. Being told I need to upgrade with $2000. Smells fishy to me. All I want is the amount from my original investment.

I'm an IB of Exness since many years but now going to stop working with them as the terms of Withdrawal changed. It's very unfortunate to release these kind of impractical rules. Now clients cannot withdraw fund with freedom like before. Please beware of this condition before depositing any fund into the Exness Broker. Your Withdrawal will be rejected by them if you have not traded enough or sufficient TRADING Volume since you last deposited any amount. Suddenly, my clients started approaching me regarding this issue when their Withdrawal got rejected multiple times. At first I thought it might be due to some Payment system issue. But customer support executive informed me that Withdrawal rejected due to not sufficient trading volume. Do any one believe these kind of condition implemented by the broker that you cannot make Withdrawals unless they feel you traded enough lots? Now you cannot withdraw your funds untill you made a sufficient trading volume (which if you ask the customer support, they also don't know how much we need to trade, they will tell you that it's not fixed, System will automatically approve whether you are eligible for Withdrawal or not). I'm not talking about profit Withdrawal, you cannot even Withdraw your initial deposit if system detect that you didn't performed sufficient trading volume. Is it a practical rule? What Exness want to prove that client should Withdraw as per Company's wish? Now Exness is doing scam by holding you Withdrawal legally as per their Terms & conditions. It's also strange that they don't inform you during deposit process, So client will aware about the Withdrawal in future. Means they will directly inform you this condition at the time of Withdrawal , So you'll be helpless. How will client trade more just to make Withdrawal? What if the extra Trades goes in losses? Who will be responsible? If any client need the fund for any emergency and He made a Withdrawal, He will not sure whether He's eligible for Withdrawal of fund. What a strange Rule? Please beware before depositing any fund in exness and ask customer support. Exness become scammer. Thanks!

I have opened clasic pro account id 8890936 with initial deposit $2000 with single transaction. In case of amount deposition in account, there's no-restrictions or no-limit. but for amount withdrawal they restricted to $200 maximum and most of the times they totally blocks the withdrawal and gives very lame excuses without any time bound. I experienced non-execution t/p by wide enlarging the spread (they never allowed to take profit by telling false reasons illiquidity and spread etc) I sent a Withdrawal request on 22nd july. and they said as "done it" but not credited to my account. After multiple live chatting and complaints as not receipt. sarcastically they come up by mail after 15 days on 5th August by saying "you gave wrong account details and we transferred to it. our duty is over, it's your mistake. we can't able to do anything in this case". i wondered, pleaded for reversal and paying back to me. with continuous follow up there's no response. when I requested to let me know to the which account they paid. I found it as there's no such account exists in that bank. This is very ridiculous and pathetic. it will reveals how they downgraded and bluff their traders. It's a usual practice that from which account the amount is getting deposited, to the same account they should transfer back the amount. My account num is *****644708 and cleverly they said they transferred to *****544708. When I directly enquired in the bank they revealed it as the account number *****544708 doesn't exist and which is a false account number.

Its been 3 weeks now and my withdrawal keeps on being rejected. The live chat people do not help whatsoever, the solutions they give have never worked and now they are blaming my bank for the rejected withdrawals, but when i go to my bank they tell me that they haven't rejected any incoming transactions nor did they reciece any transaction. This is a bad broker, whatever happens never deposit your money you will never get it back.

I have been trying to withdraw for quite some time and exness keeps depositing the money back to my account. I have emailed, tried to reach out to support team and life chats but still none of them gets back to me. I sent my account details via email and still just another dead end. Exness will really piss you off and will demotivate you from trading. As brokers they are genuinely not doing the best job because they failed to manually process the withdrawal from their side. Am so disappointed in them am ready to find a better broker than this.

My account is still pending verification. I uploaded my ID (which has been verified), but when I tried to upload my proof of residence I got a notice saying (my upload is being reviewed) even when I haven't uploaded anything at all. I tried reaching out to them and they never responded.

I deposited money into my MT4 account and it hasn't reflected in my account, yet they claim to offer instant deposits. Also, they barely reply to their emails; they have poor customer service. I have sent them about three emails about 5 days ago which they haven't responded to. Their live chat doesn't even work.

Live chat works perfectly. What *** use trying to pull? Check your internet connection. And yes if you email them it does say they will get to you within a certain period. But Live chat always works so don't come with *** to get a quick pay check

Stay far from Exness, they are bunch of crooks. You do not want to give your money away to this croocks, I have been trying to withdraw my money for over 2 weeks now everyday I get a new rookie who doesn't even know what they doing. They escalating my query daily but no solution. There are better brokers out there. I just thought I should give them a chance but now I regret my decision.

This broker is a scam, these guys they over manipulate your trades. I've been trading the same currency pairs on different brokers at the same time I initially entered on exness then entered on another broker few minutes after I've entered on exness but my profits on another broker were running at 4 dollar while exness were still at 0.12 mind you these brokers offers same leverage.

There's a problem I want to highlight. on April 7, 2020 exness emailed about changing the stop level for eur/usd pair from 1.2 to 2.2 in case of market instability and also written in the email that they change again to the previous one after the market is stable it's been three months the market is stable now but exness didn't change the stop level to the previous one I think it's just a pretty lie. Note: I'm using exness cent account.
