I really would wont say much regarding pending orders or market excutions but when it comes toto the 100$ bonus account dont bother yourself ,bottom like FBS is messing people up with the 100$ bonus. I helped two of my students to double their 100$ bonus accounts it took me 9days as hit over 90$ profits they withdrew the funds they want you to make a little bit of cash and get excited so by the time the bonus expires you consider funding with them simple.

Please, kindly be reminded that according to the Trade 100 bonus promotion conditions:
Each client/computer/IP can open only one “Trade 100 Bonus” account. It is prohibited to work through proxies or using any IP-address modifying software. Opening the second Trade 100 Bonus account is impossible even after bonus funds are charged off.
Upon suspecting fraudulent activity on the Bonus account, the company reserves the right to deduct the entire bonus amount and profit made with the Bonus account without notice. In this case, the decision is beyond contestation.
As you may see, this rule implies that more than one bonuses cannot be used from one and the same IP or device, to exclude the situation that one and the same client opens several Personal Areas with different IDs (fake or other person’s).
Unfortunately, it has been found out, that the bonus accounts you used violated the bespoken promotion conditions, that is why these accounts were blocked.
We would like to point out that each bonus account is submitted to a very thorough examination, which includes more than searching for the matching IPs.
Also, let us remind you that you were trading on the bonus funds, i.e. funds of the company until it has been confirmed that all promotion conditions were observed.
FBS is not interested in deducting the funds for no reason: first of all, we do respect our clients, second - it could have damaged our reputation. Nevertheless, FBS strictly checks the conditions fulfilment.

They are scam. I have been able to turn my $100 account to over $300 dollar but they don't add the number of lots I have traded so that I won't be able to meet the 5.0 lots condition

Only orders with 10 points (100 pips) difference between opening and closing prices meet the conditions.
Looks like not all your orders have met this conditions, therefore you saw less lots than you traded.
Also, let us remind you that you were trading on the bonus funds, i.e. funds of the company until it has been confirmed that all promotion conditions were observed.
FBS is not interested in reducing the number of lots for no reason, there would be no point in the bonus. Nevertheless, FBS strictly checks the conditions fulfilment.

I deposited money into this broker account since 2016 but now 2019 made few profits that i cant take and dont know why, thy only aproved a useless fraction 10.55 usd to withdraw and i requested 155 usd withdrawal.

We are sorry for the delay and would like to remind you that withdrawal time and process may differ depending on the payment system you choose and payment system you used for deposit. For example, in your case your deposits and withdrawals were made via card. We would like to remind you, that it is a payment system, that allows only a refund of the deposited funds. This means that withdrawal should be processed proportionally to the deposited sums.
For example:
You deposited via credit/debit card 10$, then 20$, then 30$.
You will need to withdraw back to this card 30$ + withdrawal fee, 20$ + withdrawal fee, then 10$ + withdrawal fee.
Also, your last deposit was made via card in amount of 10$. In this case the withdrawal is processed according to the rule “last in - first out” - that is why your withdrawal amount has been reduced to 10$ + withdrawal fee. After that you made a request for the rest of the amount.

I think most of these mediocre traders posting negative comments here are paid to do that. If you check most reviews on many brokers, you will still find same negative trash. Abeg you guys should do the right thing while choosing a broker. Every broker has its condition. So if you can't follow simple instructions and you are halted for that, stop going about internet to condemn people's legitimate business. Nonsense

I lost my invested 1456$, my account was auto run, which I could see in my mobile. The moment I saw the auto run immediately I've disconnected mobile data, later some time again connected mobile data to check the status my account again running with automatic orders and drop down to $39 from $1456. When I complained FBS saying that order was created by me. Im worrying that I haven't recorded my screen to prove this instance. I don't know how to prove to claim back. Anyone expertise, please give me suggestion to claim my lost money.

The same IP was used to open the rest of the orders.
Also, in the Personal Area you can find the history of logins to the Personal Area (https://my.fbs.com/users/profile-log-history).
On 30.08.2019 at 12:52 you have logged in with the same IP and with the same device you have used for the last month.
That means you accessed both your Personal Area and the trading platform using the same IP.
There was no request to change your Personal Area password or trading account 230499926 password before or on 29.08.2019, when the orders of your claim were opened, either.
That means the Personal Area was accessed using the same password you have chosen at registration, the trading account was accessed with the same trading password.
Please, kindly refer to the Customer's Agreement:
7.4. To provide confidentiality of all trading operations, performed by the Client, access to a trader Personal Area and trading terminal are secured via passwords. The Client is solely liable for keeping his/her logins and passwords.

Fbs is a good broker. I have tested them with real money and actually and had no problems. For the 'Trade $100 bonus' its the terms and conditions that are tough. In this case you have to come up with atleast 500 trades in 50 trading days and for each trade atleast 100 pips. if you think you can beat those terms and a few more. go get it and good luck. don't give negative reviews without understanding the terms of the bonus.

Let us kindly remind you that the time and the process of the withdrawal is mostly depends on the payment system you choose, but also on the payment system you used for deposit.
Kindly let us assume according to your comment that you have deposited via bank card. Be reminded that Visa/Mastercard is a payment system, that allows only a refund of the deposited funds.
This means that you can withdraw via card only the sum not exceeding the sum of your deposit (up to 100% of the initial deposit can be withdrawn back to the card).
The amount over the initial deposit (profit) can be withdrawn to other payment system.
Also, this means that withdrawal should be processed proportionally to the deposited sums.
For example:
You deposited via credit/debit card 10$, then 20$, then 30$.
You will need to withdraw back to this card 10$ + withdrawal fee, 20$ + withdrawal fee, then 30$ + withdrawal fee.
Please, kindly pay attention to the fact that if you deposited via credit/debit card and via other payment system, you need to withdraw back to the card first:
Withdrawal via card is of the top priority.
This means that even if you deposited via card 6 months ago, your first withdrawal will have to be done back to that card in the amount of the deposit. This is needed for security reasons to exclude any fraudulent activity in full accordance with AML policy.

I have only been working with FBS for half a year, mostly with them because of the analytics, it helps me a lot, I still getting used to their the trading signals, but have not quite figured it out yet. As a broker FBS is almost impeccable, all trade orders are executed, I have not observed problems with depositing and withdrawing funds.

FBS is a good company, yes, I had as well as ups and downs in trading, but I would not like to blame anyone for my failures! At least, if to ananyze globally, then the fault of my own is much more than the fault of the broker. Because the whole information I received from the broker as well as analytics was treated by me with great skepticism. But then I changed my attitude in order to earn more and learn more. And you know, I can tell you that my transactions were almost always closed with a plus, and the deposit began to grow steadily upwards. This happens during the last 1.5 - 2 months.

Worst broker ive ever tasted i deposited 15 usd at fbs and 150 at octafx opened same position pairs on both brokers using 0.10 leverage on fbs and 0.20 on octafx at 3am south African time i made a profit of 120 on octafx while stuck with huge spread on fbs

As for the trading results with other broker, it is worth mentioning that the quotes of different brokers may differ or they may be the same - both these situations are absolutely normal: different brokers may have several liquidity providers; these liquidity providers can coincide with ours (in this case the quotes will be the same) or can be different (in this case the quotes may vary). Moreover, brokers may switch from one liquidity provider to another, and that means that at one moment quotes may coincide and at another they will differ.
Also, let us kindly specify if you mean leverage or lot volume? As you know the leverage may have a great impact on the trading result along with other trading conditions.

Since there are so many negative comment, I suggest rebrand broker's name and features and improve the platform. Make it simple and easy to understand the withdrawal process with maximum of $300. Make it simple and easy to use, all the types of account are crap. The less the better! User love to use as simple as possible and most important is friendly user.

They are scamming people by moving orders when it's taking the right direction and blame it on slippage and they know that they do that and cover themselves with a clause on their contract.For you safety stay away. How does an order slip by 400+ pips?

I couldn't agree more. This happened to me on Wednesday morning when i was about to scalp NZD interest rate news. I placed my buy stop order at 1.9812 and stop loss was 15 pips away. When the news was actually released I got my order placed at 2.0000 and my stop loss was 5 pips away from the price at which FBS server executed my trade. It was 186 pips away from my entry point which lead me to incur a loss.

-your full name,
-your account number,
-date and time of the dispute situation,

-claim description.
Till that time kindly let us remind you that according to the Customer Agreement:
3.3.7. Spread on trading accounts can be widened before, in time and after economic, political and other news release, during the Gap, at the time of Market opening (on Monday) as well as at the time of low market liquidity and when a market situation is conditional on high spreads.
It's needless to say that the news trading is one of the most risky strategies on Forex as it bears high risks of losses.
As for scalping trading strategy, we do recommend you to try ECN account type. It has the lowest spread

Please, take into consideration that there are many factors that can affect execution quality of your orders such as internet connection, geographic situation, market liquidity, order queue and the specification of your trading device.
As you know, there is a number of steps involved in the process of order execution. From the moment you click the button the signal is sent to the server. The server is processing orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After the position has been set the signal returns back to your trading platform. Thus, the execution time is the time from the moment you click the button “buy” or “sell” till the moment the server sends a reply back.
We totally understand your need of faster execution and would like to assure you that FBS does its best to provide our clients with the fastest execution: we acquire new data centers and choose only the best ones and keep close tabs on the servers load.
Here are the recommendations for faster execution: try our ECN account for the fastest execution, try to operate using our VPS server, try to rescan the servers, try other Internet provider. This arrangements should lessen the execution time.

No, this information is not true. The process of all stop orders execution is explicitly described in our Customer Agreement. Though, please, kindly take into consideration that overall the order execution depends on many factors such as account type or market situation, for example. Fbs is not a scam, its a really good broker with very low spreads, fast deposits and withdrawals, however try to avoid stop orders because their policy says if there is a gap in the market they cannot execute your orders accurately, so ull see all your orders being opened at wrong values and lose all your money.

Don't enter the 100$ bonus. It's a scam. FBS has terms and conditions that you have to abide to, to get the money. They are as follows. You can only withdraw 100$ only when you make 100$ profit , if you make more profit than that, we will only give you 100$ to withdraw only. And you are only allowed to use 0.01 lot size. That means for every 100 pips you'll have 1 $. What a joke right. Ohhh and the biggest scam of all . The last condition you have to complete is to trade 5 lots. I contacted FBS via Telegram and they said that. 0.01 lots = 1 order that is at least 100 pips. Which means that for me to withdraw the 100$ profit. I have to have to make 0.01 lot - 500 orders that are 100 pips = to get 5 lots. Generally for me to get 100$ I have to make 500 $ with a lot size of 0.01. And I only have 50 days to do this. It's impossible. FBS are scamming us and getting new customers by stealing our time and selling a false dream. FBS is the worst broker of all time.

Please, kindly be informed that "Trade 100$" bonus is given for trading, you cannot withdraw it.

You can withdraw profit gained on trading with bonus funds in the amount of 100$.

In order to withdraw your profit from 100$ bonus account, you need to fulfill the following conditions:

1)there should be 30 active trading days;

Active trading day is a day when the order was opened or closed.

2)the total number of pips from profitable orders has to be bigger than the total number of pips from losing orders;

3) you should have at least 5 lots traded in the period of 30 active trading days;

4) the conditions of the bonus should be fulfilled within 50 days since the moment of getting the bonus.
Also, let us remind you that only orders with 100 pips (10 points) difference between opening and closing prices meet the conditions.

For example, if you opened order at 1,00000 price and closed it at 1,00100 price or vice versa.

FBS literally move my pending order with about 15 pips while I was trading fundamental. They claim to be a true and fair broker while they are scamming us. It happened once so I thought it was a technical glitch so I decided to record all my trades, it happened again FBS is a scammer. I have a good mind of posting the video all over media before we have more victims like me. You complain, they block you.

I am just wondering why all this bad reviews keeps coming up, i remember when i wanted to open an account with FBS last year, i read a lot of negative comments about them. I still decided to give them a try, and believe me no issues with them at all, withdrawal was pretty fast. My advice to everyone is if you cannot take enough time to read there terms and conditions of bonus, please don't take any. Make your own deposit and trade, all will be ok for you.
