Worst broker ever. Delayed withdrawal, robot customer service. Keeps saying technical issue with my provider but can process deposit instantly. Very convenient for them, right. Could not get a proper answer. Did not receive my funds. Already beyond 3 business days!

I have the same issue. I made a withdrawal and call my bank. My bank say the amount was rejected. Yet till now they can't give me a answer has been e days till now.

Yeah recently I invest in FXTM but then they want only to deposit and deposit. When you want the money you hardly earned. Then they want you to deposit more to receive your profit. It is a scam. The deposit is always available but when withdrawal it is subject for review. not sense company, do not trade in FXTM. You will only lose all your money.

The ID that I submitted were always rejected. So I message Live Chat and he told me to send him my ID, Next he says it couldn't be process since I have two accounts and advise me to send them an email and mention them my personal information to merge the account. I did. Then they said I need to use another ID do I send my UMID id and live chat didn't respond so I left a message saying "Is this still not enough", I give up then, Thank you. Next I would know was my account if fully verifed. Planning to fund my account but after reading these comments I changed my mind.
