On the 27th of October, Jacques Nel hosted an engaging, interactive seminar in Cape Town, South Africa.* The seminar was a part of the ever-popular Practical Route to Disciplined Trading educational series – a programme which regularly tours cities in South Africa and countries further afield, such as Vietnam.
During the seminar, FX Educator Jacques Nel taught eager participants strategies and techniques to potentially boost their trading experience. Mr Nel’s unique approach to the markets is born out of his military background, during which he developed a precise and disciplined approach that he now applies to forex trading.
Over the course of just one day, participants learnt about:
- Price movements
- Trusted indicators
- The Bollinger Bands strategy
- The fundamentals of trading
- The basics of the financial markets
There were also frequent opportunities for networking with other traders, as well as refreshing coffee breaks and a delicious complimentary lunch.
