FXTM was delighted to return to Pretoria, South Africa, to continue its mission to educate investors on the fundamentals of trading. Our acclaimed industry expert Theunis Kruger hosted ‘The Gift of Online Trading’ in the form of an informative seminar and two-day workshop from 9 to 12 March. This event was specifically designed for new traders, and delivered a clear, structured guide on how they can start their own online trading journey.
Set in the backdrop of the elegant Sheraton Pretoria Hotel, the event began with an engaging seminar on 9 March whereby close to 90 eager traders joined FXTM for a day of interactive learning.
The enthusiastic participants discovered:
- What the foundational pillars of online trading are
- How to navigate the forex market
- Tips and insights to improve their trading skills
Guests were also invited to join FXTM for a delicious complimentary lunch, which provided numerous networking opportunities. It was great to connect with so many new traders!
A two-day workshop followed from 11-12 March at the same location, where attendees were able to hear from our experts in even more detail.
Topics covered included:
- The Nuts and Bolts of Forex: Just the Basics
- The Moving Average Spring Strategy
- The MetaTrader 4 platform
- Risk management, and much more!
The workshop ended with a dynamic practical session, which provided traders with the chance to test out their new strategies and techniques with Theunis on hand to help!
