Made profits in the first month and withdrawal was ok until there were setbacks and I had to recover the losses. And right now I can't withdraw the money without freeing up 10K worth of credits --- this is not stated in the T&Cs when it comes to withdrawals! Current/ex-users do let me know such a policy exists because this whole investment has been a nightmare for me

Hi Ellie. We do have a document supporting the actions taken by the company for clients with ongoing agreement/s. Please refer to the Refund Procedure 2.1.

Okay let's see what clause 2.1 of Refund Procedure says: "2.1. Before the Client files for a refund, he/she must ensure that he/she does not have any pending or ongoing trades in his/her trading account; that there are no unresolved conflicts in relation to the Terms and Conditions; that his/her account has never been suspended or restricted in any way due to violating the Terms and Conditions; and that there is no existing contract or agreement between the Client and the Company." explain what other existing contract or agreement when it comes to the credits? My previous broker whom I know as Michael offered to match up whatever amount I deposited, and I have NO IDEA that I have to free up the credits so I can withdraw. Previously, I can manage to withdraw while there are credits in the account and now I can't! Is there some change of policy somewhere or you guys making policies up as you go along?

Hi Ellie. My experience tells me that they will do all things to kill your thoughts on withdrawal and further encourage you to invest more. This makes sense only when a healthy withdrawal can be made but apparently NOT. I thought they can be quite successful if they honoured their promises at the first place. I'm still fight hard for my withdrawal and account closure since August. My trades are currently locked with the huge spread and swap loaded which doesn't make investment sense at all. Sharing the case with the local police and also report these unscrupulous acts to the bank.

Totally agreed. I'm not sure what is taking them so long for my account closure too. They simply ignored messages when I choose not to invest further.

I've just signed up with Profitix with USD200 via one of those phone cold calling. First trade I made USD3.46 and the second trade is now running at a loss of USD10.48. Small amount to test the waters and gain trust, the broker said. I have an account with Tickmill and when I compare the spread between both platforms, Tickmill is around 25c whilst Profitx is 60c. This is very high and is this because the broker is making some a profit on each trade? Can I trust these brokers? She's already telling me about Crude Oil and to invest in one lot will be USD3000 to make USD100 each session. Not sure looking at the way the second trade is going with just 0.02 vol.

Hi Ruth. I don't advise you to trade with them based on my past experience with them. You can see the few review from me below. My broker James keep asking me to deposit to the extend that he ask me to call the bank to increase my credit limit. He also don't reply my call or message when I need him. Worst is you can't withdraw when there is open trade.

I am not sure how many brokers has such a rule. Definitely not the few others that I have asked. So what the point of making millions of profit but cant withdraw just because of one open trade?

Hello Tan. We understand your concern. Withdrawals take 3-5 banking days to be processed. On the span of 1-5 days there's a lot of things that can happen in the market. Regardless of the amount, any sizable fluctuations in the market can affect your account balance and thus the amount you are trying to withdraw. It is for this reason that we clearly indicate on our terms and conditions that withdrawal is prohibited when having an ongoing trades. I hope this clarifies your concern.

Hi Mark. Yes. Finally received. But it really take a lot of time and effort. You need to keep chasing their online chat and helpdesk until I get so angry that I add VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, Discover (the credit card companies) in the cc list of my email. What I know is that you only have 90 days to request for a charge back through your bank. Please keep all evidences of your conversation with them. For the losses, which was created by their broker James, they say they will help me make back through the market. Let wait and see what action they will take. For deposit, I was shocked that my latest credit card statement reflect an advance fee of $171.79 and $257.68 and finance charges of $78.67. The previous and latest credit card statement reflect that the transaction go to 2 different companies. Previous statement reflect "RaveByFlutterwave Lekki NG" but latest one reflect "Profitix Victoria Isla NG". That is as good as 7% of my deposit for the fee! I will keep you updated. What i feel is their brokers are too eager for deposit and keeping you in the company and making you to trade perhaps due to their company commission structure for their brokers.

I withdraw all my remaining balance and closed the account after chasing them for 3 weeks. My broker James Warren once told me that I can only withdraw 1 to 2% of the Free margin every month unless i have a contract with them then can withdraw 3 to 4% of the free margin per month. For the last 5k deposit I made with them, my broker promised that I can withdraw back this 5k within a week, but after that he went missing and contactable. I made a request to withdraw this amount but helpdesk say I cant because of open trades. When my broker James finally reappear claiming that he was involved in a motorbike accident, I told him that I want to close my account and withdraw all my money, he told me his finance department only allow to withdraw 5k per month and ask me to continue to trade. There seem to be no standard on this. The best is to keep away from this company.

Hi Boon Wee. I manage to withdraw all remaining balance except 30 cents. You need to keep chasing and chasing. Anyway, I just saw that they are now in Monetary Authority of Singapore Investor Alert List. Keep away from them. I dont find them trustworthy.

i raised a chargeback and the broker try to dissuade and end up claiming they have high success rate to countering it with documents and recording of all the conversations.

Hi Ellie. You can go to your portal to make the withdrawal request. After that drop their helpdesk an email. But I not sure how long it will take as they seem to be very slow when coming to withdrawal. If you still cant get their response after multiple emails, you can try to do a chargeback through your credit card company if within 90 days from the day you charge to your credit card. You may want to call your local bank for an advise early on the situation.

Bunch of sums, I came across this George guy he wanted me to put thousands of dollars when I refused he messed with my account giving me very high spreads up to 154 pips. I sent them an email requesting to close my account and withdraw my money they said they will submit the request and would take some time but I just have to wait and see. I would never deal with them again and would not want anyone else to.
