The same thing happened to me, I had to find out my self. No one called me and told me anything. And they tried to get me to invest more say that's the only way to get my money back of which I refused. They keep emailing me to sign documents but I'm refusing to do so.

+1 to this guy's experience. My own foolish few months with these scammers was over a year ago now, but the story played out the same. You can make a withdrawal when they tell you to in order to build trust, but otherwise will turn a blind eye. You can email them as they suggest all you want - you won't get a reply unless they see the opportunity to pull more money out of you. They 100% groom the web to keep their reviews positive so as to make looking into them harder. I watched information regarding them pop up then disappear multiple times during a short free months, so you can be sure they've got plenty to hide. Asking their service desk to provide any information like broker trading id / license will run you around in a circle where they tell you to ask the broker and he will have every excuse under the sun why he can't share this rudimentary information. Ask for a withdrawl at a time or amount of your choosing and you'll hear nothing back or a new pitch about depositing more so you can get some out later. Just eat your hard earned cash rather than risking it with these guys - you'll feel far less sick from it in the long run. All the positive reviews on this site are clearly their own agents or bots attempting to maintain a positive image for them. Step 2 once they've scammed you, you'll Google what you can do about it and find a dodgy website offering to help. Just another scam to take more money you no longer have - just cut your losses, change your phone number and be done with them. I'm still getting calls a year later, always from some 'super high up important executive who is going to help you' with the most obviously fake name ever (James Rich? Come on, at least try) - guess how? By you depositing more money. Anyway it's your life. I lost my life savings to these guys so just want to save someone the same. Cheers
