One of the worst bucket shops out there. They claim all shown prices will be honoured - what garbage - In 5 hours they rejected 12 of my trades. One trade was preplaced and accepted by there platform just to be rejected when the price was reached - I would have made 80 000GBP on that one trade alone. Quite a surprise that they are rated as the best site - and there paying banner is above - Makes you think does'n it?

A broker that modifies the prices before a news announcement is a market maker covering himself just like FXCM. If It was STP or ECN the spread widening would be during the news announcement and last maybe one minute or 2 max. Its an easy way to spot a bucketshop market maker broker... 1 pip spread is their fake promise to get you in. take care.

this borker is scam, becauase i am a newa trader and this broker without any attention;in news times increase offset to 20 0r 30 up from your prices from 3 - 30 minutes before and after news.

Very good execution. I dont mind the spread as long as I get filled and the spread is competative. I use to trade through a firm that promised 1-2 pip spread but they would try to screw with me every chance they got. Slip me and requote me all the time especialy when I was trying to get out of a winning trade.

Regarding possible rigging and many allegations of employees promoting their own firm...
With my time in the industry it is worthy to point out that the Forex Trading industry is only lightly regulated if at all and as a result is often full of dishonesty, I believe. For example, there have been multiple times where I have investigated a company looking to establish a relationship on a client basis and about 8 of 10 times, I have discovered the organization in question nwas ot being upfront and honest. Also, it appears that the many organizations whom use the internet to promote their services also engage in logging on to websites using several ID's to post several messages praising their own company, service or product. Many services ranging from signal providers (The worst for engaging this behaviour IMHO) I noticed have done this, many do get banned from the forums they hit, but with the advent of proxy servers, they can hide their IP address. Managed Accounts is another one (IMHO, Avoid Managed accounts from any unknown trader!!! Infact, I am inclined to avoid Forex Managed accounts altogether actually). It is also worthy to note, that even Forex forum administrators (No, I'm not pointing out forex ratings in anyway what so ever) have been known to engage in this behaviour themselves to drive traffic to their own forums for example adsense revenue. Just as an example MoneyTec's administrator,I know, has in the past done this and was found out by another Forum's administrator (Forex TSD) and was permanently banned from that forum, It was eventually discovered he has done this in the past promoting his own managed accounts. (Google "salazar101") and also was exposed back then as well.
What I am saying, is be careful, do not take comments posted on some public site as gospel, I know with my 4 years researching forex, many comments posted on public boards ARE suspect.

Bad slippage, multiple requotes, called them up but I believe they tried to fob me off. Been with 2 other brokers over the past two years and they too have been quite rubbish. I\'m starting to think that OTC forex trading industry requires the NFA to swoop in and give this industry a good kick up the backside and all the dishonest providers cleaned out

Review the comments on Forex-Bastard to gain an opposite perspective in relation to Ac-Markets, not that it agree with the page. But it just goes to show one site has comments praising them and another site has comments largely scorning them and one has to wonder why there is a big difference in sentiment.

Traded with them for a while, Must say I did not have the best experience with them, appears my stops were being hunted and had quotes hard to fill. Still looking for another broker but none of them seem to be any good at the moment.

Beware, It looks like some ACM employee or some one with a connection to them is fudging results on this ratings site. Came in at 5:00PM, ACM was something like 30% and then two hours later it shot up to 50%

The problem now a days is that too many people who do not know how to trade want to trade. They open an account and lose their money. Than they blame it on the broker of course because its easier to be childish than actually question their trading strategy. Now a days, following the demand of all these "nooby" traders, many new small forex brokers have come into play and ruined the image of the largest market in the world because they have bad conditions. However I dont think blaming the brokers is the solution. Blame your non existant trading strategy, lack of interest in the forex news calendars, low or bad information sources and bad choice of brokers. I've been trading forex for 11 years and trust me that when I used to trade by phone it was far more complicated than it is now. By they way check out the stock market since yesterday people are losing bigtime... no market is good or bad, its the traders that make the difference. Regardless of the broker, if your in the right direction than you will make money.
