It takes only about 10 minutes to deposit yet when you try to withdraw they'll say it has been credited and the banks were just waiting to process it. Fucking hell it's been a month. Tried to withdraw last February 11. No balance left on my account and it's March 9 already. I'll spread the news that I definitely don't recommend Octafx.

Why does my deposit transaction keep on failing. Only after 20 times it will be successful. Then again unable to deposit. Transaction keep failing many times until its okay. Please fix this please. It's super annoying.

Octafx said they send the fund twice to my account by mistake two months ago and when I made another withdrawal today, they declined my withdrawal but deduct my fund from my account to correct their "so-called" mistake. be careful trading with this broker!

I requested my withdrawal W5289891 on Feb 8th, which has not yet been completed so far. I contacted Support on the reason for delay. They keep on saying that some maintenance issue at payment provider end. I don't understand why maintenance issue has been going on for such a long time, and they didn't complete my payment. They are not giving any clear time frame for the issue to get resolved. I got frustrated with all such replies from them. I am not sure whether I would get my payment or not.

My account ID is 26077483, I've been following up for my withdrawal from last 1 st February, being banker in same bank where my amount was to credit, I did not find any Inward Remittance hitted or rejected, but many times they gave me reason, which is not possible, I've sent my statements several times, mailed your customer care - no resolution at all, then I've asked if they are facing problem in this account, I can provide you another account, again no response, such pathetic, if I have to follow up this much for my own funds, how can I continue my trading with same, how can I trust even.

Does Octafx pays if you deposit USD1000 and would like to withdraw USD 15000? Why withdrawal is always decline and octafx finace mention card have reach limit. Does octafx think people are so stupid? There will be no limit for incoming fund through VISA but yes there is limit for outgoing funds. Even customer service not able to explain what is card have reach limit.

I had an issue with withdrawal from OctaFx last Jan 6th, I thought it is because of DragonPay. Today I have requested for another withdrawal using VISA, They used to process VISA withdrawal within 1 to 3 hours. It's been more than 3hours now. I do not trust OCTAFX anymore. Find a different broker. Do not use OCTA. You will have problems I am telling you. Last time it took 5days. Now i am expecting huge delay for sure. I regret using this broker. Time to find a different broker. Review are correct. Octafx is getting worst now. Warning to do use this broker. Thank me later.

I had made payment on 11th Jan and amount got deducted from my bank but till now amount is not credited to my trading account or bank account, the status said it is completed on 13 Jan but still havent received the money. when I reach out to customer care they keep on saying that they have not got update from Finance team as they are still under investigation and they are not giving tentative date so by that time they will get back, I think if there investigation takes 2 years or more then we need to wait until for there reply to know the status of my payment, very bad experience.

Good thing that I came to this site, was trying to deposit through skrill, but link no longer works, it looks like they've been cut off by skrill. When talk to their departm., first they play damm, than you see they are lying. Now since I see reviews about pulling money out, more and more smells like end of them. I've never had issues with them till this day. Wish them luck, hopefully they'll come arround, but this seems to be serious issuess.

I think it's highly unacceptable all the agents reply the same sorry be patient my first deposit was in immediately that's why I stuck with this broker now I'm struggling how is this even. I joined Octafx after quit trading in other exchanges as one of my friends referred it. I am in GOLD status, but as mentioned in the features, I'm not getting withdrawals and is still pending. My account is 42424062 and the request ID is W4871723. Really don't know what is the issue. Neither reverted back to my trading account nor credited to my bank account. I placed the request on Jan 5, but still no clear status.

I had made payment on December 20th and amount got deducted from my bank but till now amount is not credited to my trading account or bank account, when I reach out to customer care they keep on saying that they have not got update from Finance team as they are still under investigation and they are not giving tentative date so by that time they will get back, I think if there investigation takes 2 years or more then we need to wait until for there reply to know the status of my payment, very bad experience.

Warning: Do not use OctaFX. I used to have my withdrawals completed within just an hour. But now they are trying to hold withdrawals on purpose. I tried dragonpay because it a new feature in the philippines local bank. It will take days! Customer services are just robots and they don't listen to customer. OctaFx is not a reliable company when you need the money urgently. I regret using this broker. You'll have a lot of inconvenience with this company for sure so please choose another trading company. This is a warning for everyone. Thanks

Update: As of Jan 8 2022. Withdrawal Request was Jan 6th. I still don't have my money. Octafx is trying to hold funds in order to sustain company. So expect withdrawal timeframe after 3 to 5 business day. Find other trading broker who can do better OctaFX. I am telling, you will have problems with this broker. And the worst thing about OctaFX, they will not respond to your emails and chat msgs if they hit a bricked wall out of your issues and request. There are a lot of reviews about delayed deposit and withdrawal from the company. zero rating. Please do not use this company. You will regret soon. Find other trading app. Not OctaFX.

Update: Jan 10th 2021. After 3 business day. No one can help you. Do not use octafx. You will have a hard time getting your own money. They are holding on purpose. I totally regret using this broker.

Hi Erwin, finally have read a comment from the Philippines, as I am new to octafx. A trade is complete in 1 day, now I am saving for commission fee to get my profits. Are they sending to gcash to gcash? I made deposit using gcash and the admin said profit withdrawal is thru gcash too.

Withdrawal still pending, whenever I ask they say, it will take bit longer, finance dept approved, 3 business day, technical issues, we released bank payments bank need to approve. All are fake, people stay away from them. Is there authority I need to inform them about this fraud. How can I withdraw my money, any idea guys?

From last 48 hours my deposit is being retained by the OCTA FX. and support@octafx.com all the time responding that we are facing technical issue and your deposit will be process shortly. D10085458, Pending 614094, ?7,400.00 Pakistan local banks JS Bank (JSBL), 354724. They hold our deposit amount for days and they trade themselves and earn huge amount and they keep us in dark and hold our successfully deposit amount. The company and service provider are playing big game. Something is very big fishy. I think ED department should interfere and investigate what is going on with clients deposit amount. Even RBI don't hold amount more than 24hrs. This people are playing with customer amount. Deposit Request No. D10085458, Account No. 614094. I created deposit 48 hours ago and still showing pending.

I have a issue with octafx from today as their bank alfalah account doesn't receiving payments through internet banking, i reached chat their agents always teach me how to deposit , i told them many time that i am not depositing first time , please send my complaint to account department so they can verify their alfalah bank issue , but they are not accepting my complaint other hand they are said use another method we choosed octafx as they offered local deposit and withdrawal, not what i have to do as octafx take u turn from their commitment?
