I have a good exprience with Octa and I have no issuea in widrawal. But only support team is not much knowledge to resolve issues, in some matter it's needed to imporve your support team to work with knowledge. That being said, these orders were opened from the same terminal, same IP address and same mobile device that you use for trading. Also, we wish to remind you that OctaFX is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties, and our Customer Agreement underlines it in paragraphs 21.7 and 21.8.

Octafx is a fraud company. I was trading with it and suddenly one day all my money was gone inspite me adding capital to it when the balance was low. When asked they say the system will opt out automatically sometimes. Now all my capital is gone and they have stopped replying for my queries. Do not go for it.

My withdrawal has a lot of issues and these guys are so slow. It's been 3 days since I contacted them first and my issue has not been resolved. In the past they had skrill and I used it to deposit before. For some reason they removed it and I couldn't use skrill to deposit so I used visa. Now I want to withdraw my profits and they keep rejecting my request and ask me to use skrill since I had past withdrawals. They are slow in resolving my problem.

Octafx didn't have secure payment system, so guys please try to avoid joining octafx if you love your money, because 90% times when ever you deposit your money through their mentioned method it will show failed transaction and then once you ask them abt the same they will ask to wait for 48 hrs which is there customer service and then after waiting for 48 hrs they will say they have forwarded the request to designated department and then they will ask you to wait becoz untill they get any confirmation without any time frame. Please guys don't join them.

Good day, I have been sending mails concerning the same issue over and over again and it seems from your end you are not following up with what i am saying. I opened a trading account 40696148 yesterday and tried making a deposit of (N50,000), i was sent an email and told that because i have another account the new account will be blocked. I however requested that the money be transferred to the old account and i was sent another mail that i have to make a deposit request without necessarily making a deposit, since my initial deposit on the new account wasn't accepted. I also requested that if its too complicated for you guys, the money should be transferred back to my account so that i can initiate a fresh transaction. None of these has happened and you keep sending me the same email of declining my deposit even when you told me to initiate a deposit without making a deposit since my money is at your ends. For the benefit of doubt i made a transfer to your account yesterday with account number (0025647012) with the name Shamaki Rimamsitseti Moses of N50,000 (Fifty thousand naira only). Verify this transaction from your ends and transfer it back to my account please. I am not expecting to get another mail telling me to make a deposit, as it is now i want the money transferred back to my account so i can initiate a fresh transaction. Thank you.

I have created a withdrawal on octafx on 25th September 2021. But today on 1st oct 2021. I have not received any payment in my bank. Every time I chat with their executive they say we will investigate and email you and keep patience every time. They are not understanding what does withdrawal means for a trader. I have just tried the broker from small funds and I got the issue. This is the lesson. I will change the broker and publicly place my issue to everyone and ask them to stop using octafx.

I made a withdrawal request on 16 september, but i have still not received funds in my bank account, the request got completed the next day,but its 11 days i have not received them in my bank account. I sent them the statements ,other images etc everything but they say inly one thing that they will do it soon. W3823471 is the reference number. I needed that money urgently but it has alredy been 11 days and i dont know how many more. People say right, only deposit are instant, not withdrawals.

I had a withdrawal request from Octafx three days ago but the amount is still not credited in my bank account. Local bank transfer in Pakistan is almost instant but octafx support says me to keep wait for the amount to arrive. There customer service representatives have no interest in company's reputation they keep on dodging customers. I have a case escalated with their finance department but when I contacted support they said there is no such case pending. Very pathetic customer support I am much disappointed. Octafx please solve this issue at earliest. Thanks

I have been using Octafx for sometime and I have never gotten any issue with them. In any business, there will be dispute but the choice of resolution is what really matter which Octafx has given an utmost prolriority to. I was surprise to see negative review for binance exchange, but disregard because of been with them for 4years. There will always be dispute but Octafx choose the best way to resolve it. Thank you Octafx for your sincerity. My only advice is to try and extend your regulation to tier 1. Thank you.

I made a deposit of �50 last Saturday Sept 4 via Mastercard. After filling out my bank details it said that the transaction failed but my bank card was already deducted. I have raised this issue several times with the support team and provided the bank statement my bank has provided as proof but up until now the issue hasn't been resolved. They keep saying the same response that it's with the financial team being reviewed and will email a response (which they never do unless you send a follow up request). Please fix this.

When I joined Octa FX, I was happy, but I see they want to scam me, I cannot withdraw my funds not even 10$ I tried all witdrawal options Skrill, Neteller, bitcoin they don't work. I have been chatting with the customer service no one can tell me why can't I withdraw. I have screenshots all agents I spoke to till today I can't withdraw funds.
