In any case, if a trader doesn't want to proceed with the verification, they can always send us details for a refund, and our Financial Department will process it for them.

when I deposited 100$, It deducted from my bank account but not credited in octafx trading account. Then, I contact via live chat and they told me that payment gateway decline this transaction so just give me pdf bank statement and your 100$ will be refunded (bounce back) to your bank account. It require minimum 3-5 days to maximum 14 days to complete this process. 4 days gone but nothing happen. still waiting. My ac id: 12255380

After looking into your review, we can see that your deposit couldn't go through the payment gateway and was automatically bounced back as a refund. Typically it takes up to 14 business days for the payment processor to refund a payment. However, please allow extra time as these timeframes are applied to simple refunds, and in some cases, it could take longer to process it.

I have deposit first 108$ around 2 months ago and it successfully credited to my account instantly. then again i deposited of 60$ this week and it takes 2 to 3 hrs to credit in my account. But, today when i deposit of 100$ via same method of netbanking, still money not credited in my trading account and after I contact them then they told me that" unfortunately, your transaction is failed (payment gateway error) so kindly wait for 24hrs. If deposited amount not credited in your trading account within 24hrs or not refund your bank account then contact our financial department and submit your bank statement, your problem will be solved." I also contact my bank manager and he told me that transaction of 100$ is successfully happened today. so I am just waiting of my money either credited to my trading account or refund to my bank account in their 24 hrs. further update I will post here tomorrow about this issue.

I've deposited Friday $200 into my account. Monday morning I've reviewed the spreads between 5 other brokers I'm using. Low and behold. Octa spreads is almost double that what the other brokers is. So Monday I've decided to withdraw my $200 to put into one of my other accounts. They've actually refused to give my money back because I have not traded with the $200. What a joke this is. People actually warned me about you guys. did I listen. No, that's why I'm sitting here typing this review. Bad. will never reccomend anyone to make use of them. Just because I did not trade does not mean you can keep MY money.

I deposited money into my octafx account but 2 tiles it failed. My account got debited twice and still they are struggling to get a reply from their finance team. They have even blocked me sonI can't chat with their customer support. They aren't really a-scam but they are not managed properly.

Octafx is a thief. I deposited rs 1500 to their account through sbi pay but they didn't credited to my account and they are saying that We didn't received any money . I hv provided them bank statements 6 times and and now it's more than 36 days they r not refunding nor crediting amount. Before they were saying that they didn't received money now they are saying that they have credited amount to my account. 36 days 6 times bank statements and almost more than 20 live chat but nothing solved. So plz guys not trust octafx they're just thieves.

Oktafx are big scammers. They would let you invest with them, once your money is in their hands,there's no way of getting it back. They took all my money I invested including my profits. I would never recommend them. If you want to throw your money down the drain, try them!

I can tell you 100% if you follow the very clear format of Octa fx there is absolutely "No problem" with this broker. l trade there account every week, and l trade successfully and they are awesome for instant funding and withdrawals. Yeah I thought I'm the only who noticed, the spread increases dramatically, when they notice those particular pairs which are giving us profit the increase the spread, today the major pairs increased up to 56 pips spread, I had 3 open trades and 1 of them hit SL due to the spread and the others were in loss for a while.

$3000usd Fee for withdrawal! After making 12.5 lots and requesting a withdrawal request, they are charging me 3000USD of commission for deposit and withdrawal where their page is full of ads that are free.

Good broker. What I feel comfortable about OctaFX is their immediate response to any queries, that to me is the best thing you can expect from a broker. They offer various types of withdrawals and deposits which is also great. Cons would be their spread and commission. Huge spreads on nzd and cad. Careful when the market closes and opens as the spread could wipe away your stop loss ending a good trade. happened many times. Otherwise a broker I would trade with for a long time!

octafx is a very good broker but the spread is very high. GBPNZD = 45 to 50, GBPJPY =28 to 33, gold = 28 to 33, can possible add one more option for standard account, same as in Exness. in Exness standard acc spread very low. thanks. consider please.

I can call OctaFX a rather good broker. There are a couple of points that personally annoy me somewhat. First of all, this is a rather long withdrawal of profit. If we talk about the cons, this one for me it is the main. On the other hand, the company takes care of its customers, tries to make trading as comfortable and profitable as possible. With the right approach, you can get good profits with the help of their analytical channel. The terminal works well. All this speaks of a clear focus on the result in the provision of high-quality brokerage services. In any case, I want to believe it.

I studied trading in several companies on competitive accounts. Speaking in general about trade, I will say that the profitability of this business has no limits, it all depends on many factors. But if you approach this issue correctly, then you can squeeze the maximum even from the sum of $1000. I managed to earn huge sums on demo accounts, but this is just a demo. You can't hold this profit in your hands, so you can't call it profit. In general, if you speak for real accounts, then earnings are possible, and very good. My last refuge is OctaFX. About this company I can say that they definitely know their business and are doing it well. According to the results of the work, I can call the company honest. For fans of freebies - there is nothing to do, you can not even rock the boat. Contests and bonuses will not help you much. My trade with OctaFX became more productive not immediately, but after a few months. I have increased the number of successful transactions. And the losses have reduced to a reasonable minimum. If you do not succed from the beginning, do not worry, a month for a month is not necessary. Sometimes you need to wait and not hurry, and sometimes another month becomes better than the previous one.

OctaFX is a reliable broker, I've been with them for quite a long time, the obligations that they gave me at the very beginning are fulfilled, and I don't need more. Profits are coming, I withdraw funds regularly, orders are opened and closed instantly, and I consider these points to be an indicator of a good and reliable broker. After all, as somewhere they have already written, or maybe not, but I still say it again, my opinion is that stable earnings from closed deals with further withdrawal are important for a trader.

They are scammers. They contest against their clients to take their money. I opened a ctrader account (2071835) them. They even know how to jump your protection just to take all your money

OctaFX is surely not a bad broker. I have been trading with them for the past few months and so far I have only the best impressions from working with them. It seems that they succeeded in those things where many other major respected broker companies in the market do not reach. In particular, they provide very good execution, lack of requotes and slippings. Spreads and swaps still make me happy too, as they remain within normal limits even for the person with the most minimal deposit. We will continue to work and observe. Time will tell.
