My new account registration process still not complete after one month. Provided all documents and papers you required. After two weeks with no feedback, I reached you finally by email. Your staff member said that I supposed to fill out application and upload all my papers again. The excuse was a system failure and all customers experienced that issue. Two weeks later still no access to account and no single email or phone call. Nothing. How can you ensure proper work of your trading platform where people risk their money if you cannot fix that simple bug? Didn't want to leave this comment but why other people should face same problem that I have with you. Regardless of the polite person who responded to my email, I'm not gonna deposit my account even if you get your job done.
