Thank you very much! Everyone who wrote reviews here and told about their problem in working with JFX. I also talked for an hour and a half with a very intrusive and persistent manager, they work cool, and the terminal is good, convenient and free, and some sites with broker registration in banking structures show that should increase their credibility. I doubted, I decided to look at the reviews, and I did the right thing. I will not contact them. I'm new in this area, I'm already working with one popular bank, and that's enough. I think that it is better to choose a broker from well-known stable companies, they will definitely not deceive you, and no one there calls you so intrusively and does not require you to deposit money. How many negative reviews about JFX I read, but they still convinced me. I got caught in their web. Started from $500. They promised to protect and accompany me so that I would not go into a minus. Has it gone down the drain yet? replenish the deposit more, we will extend the operations, and with other tempting ideas, replenish your account! As a result, I deposited $6-7 to them for a month and a half. Work on gold, to buy, it is growing! Yes, I earned three thousand on it, got greedy and opened a bunch of buy deals the other day, I see it started to sag! Yes, and according to forecasts about a reversal they write. I ask my manager about it. No, everything is fine, trade in the same plan! Indeed, gold went up, but not for long. They are already writing in full about the decline, it is going down. I ask the manager what to do, can I close all transactions, with small pluses and small losses? His answer in a few hours - I'll call in the evening. No one called, deals are in progress, the minus is growing, the balance is melting. Today I lost my entire deposit. So where is the promised support and assistance? When you really need it, then it is not! And it turns out that I myself am to blame, I opened the deals myself! And the manager has nothing to do with it! But where was the manager when an important consultation was needed? If you have money you don't need - bring it to JFX.

Is anybody from existing clients of jfx here? I want to know how long does it take to transfer money from one account to another? I have two accounts with JFX and want to keep all funds on only one. As a new customer, I’m just trying to realize how reliable this broker. And the more I work the more issues I find. It was too long (12 days) to confirm my papers during documents processing. Then it took more than one week to deposit funds, and now I have delays in transferring money. Maybe it will take months to withdraw funds and somebody can confirm it here? It's easier to go to another broker instead of trading here and always wait just because back office is too slow.

Hi, everyone. Please, can anybody confirm the same problem I have related to this brokerage firm? A couple of years ago I decided to open trading account with JFX. It was suspicious that broker requires too much confident information. Finally, I opened account but put all my trading away. Now I find some transactions on my bank account record that I never made by myself. There is also no broker, so i can't find corporate website and contact details. Seems like it was a fraud.
