Overall I'm satisfied with this broker. I have used them for a year. I started live trading with Roboforex after using their demo account and I did not find any difficulties. Spreads are tight. Order execution is fast. Withdrawals are also without problems.

I have been trading with Robo Forex for more than two years and so far I have not had the slightest problem with them. Neither in withdrawing money nor making a mistake on the part of the broker in my trades.

I was not familiar with this company before, but I’m very pleased with their service. They are friendly to new customers. Great support, nice website and easy registration and funding process. The platform seems good. I didn’t catch strong slippages or requotes.

Run away from this roboforex they are scammers. I deposited my hard earn money on their platform $2580, when I was done with trade. I decided to withdraw my money. They started asking me source of fund which I provided my Company registration document together with my bank statement. They didnï¿½t respond me for complete two weeks after the two weeks they told me Kindly wait for further details in the ticket 1347597. Another mail is this. Hello! Please be informed that according to the Client Agreements, clause 13.15 'The Company has the right to deduct the amount of compensation paid to the Client from the account if there is not enough trading turnover on it, or not to compensate for additional costs when replenishing the account by the Client if they arose during the conversion of funds or are a fee for using the services of the payment method on the Clients side'. The amount of the commission compensated has been withdrawn from your trading account. We officially notify you that the Company has decided to terminate the cooperation with you in accordance with the c. 4.15 of the Client Agreement: "4.15 The Company has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately provided that the Company informs the Client in writing about it." Please create a withdrawal request only to your AstroPay account, after the request will be executed, your members area will be blocked. I didnï¿½t receive any compensation from them or any bonus but they deducted $1,593.67 from my deposit out of my $2,580. They left me with just $987.51 from my hard earn money. I even paid for withdrawal fees. They are scammers stay away from them.

I'm honestly disappointed and frustrated with Roboforex. I was asked to provide my source of funds. When I was opening an account with them, I explicitly said that I'm a student, so I don't understand why they are asking me for requirements they know I can never provide. This is the message they sent. Kindly note that you can use one of the following documents: Salary Slip or a bank statement, where the income from the salary and the employer name and address are stated. Letter from the employer confirming salary and bonuses on letter-headed paper or IR63. In case you are a professional individual, who is self-employed (e.g. accountants, lawyers, doctors, etc.) Financial Statement needs to be provided. Latest accounts or tax declaration, if self-employed. Personal Tax declaration for the last year, where the income is specified. Can someone explain to me how a student will have these documents? I told them severally that I'm primarily a student that gets monthly allowance from my parents which I save to trade forex. Secondly, I trade forex and crypto with other brokers. I sent my bank statement that shows withdrawal from binance, quidax, hotforex but these people rejected and said they want something else. How will a Forex broker not have document requirement for professional forex traders? The irony! At this point I can state that Roboforex is a scam! They want to runaway with my money, you can't tell me otherwise. For over two weeks I have been having back and forth with them concerning this crystal, clear cut issue.

Update guys. This broker is a scam! After posting this review, this is the feedback I got: Hello! And they deducted 152$ from my money for conversion fee? I would like everyone here to know that Roboforex conversion rate at the time I was converting EUR to USD was 1.014 meanwhile the rate in market was 1.020 so they were cheating me of 0.006 but they still had the guts to remove 152$ from my money? Run away from this broker as fast as possible.
