They robbed me about $100. My account was blocked and they told me they will return the money to its origional source it was transferred from because I could not access my account. Then I was scammed about $100. Bunch of scammers these ones. And they did not tell me about any additional charges for withdrawal.

Roboforex blowed up my account with their stupid stop out system. Instead of closing some positions as all other Forex brokers, their system closes all positions at once. They had only excuses, no support (email or phone) will help you in this case. Be careful! Furthermore many orders were not fulfilled correctly using the cent account. E-mails to their support showing screenshots do not help you in nothing. Extreme expensive to withdraw in BTC. I had different issues and problems using their Forex accounts. For everything they have an excuse and a "Client Agreement" in PDF to show that they are always correct.

I was told that the only fee I have to pay was a certain percentage of my profit when I withdraw. Since day one I've been paying fees that is getting really redicullous! I even lost money when the person I was dealing with account was hacked. Or so the colleague informed me. I'm treated like *** cause I complain about all the fees and then I get told that if I don't pay my profit will be canceled. I'm totally broke because of this! And I will never use this platform again!

I made a withdrawal request 3 days ago and I haven't received it into my bank account. I have contacted the customer service many times to notify them but they keep telling me that they have sent the money. I don't trust OCTAFX anymore. When you are depositing, it is swift but when it comes to withdrawal they are terrible and slouchy.

Fbs is just a bad broker. No cap. The spreads are very high and they've made it very difficult for you to withdraw your money if at all you make any profit.

I switched to Just2Trade to trade cryptocurrency. I think it's better to conduct all transactions through a licensed broker than to use some shady exchanges and platforms. The transaction fee is only 0.35%. At the same time, you can store any amount of cryptocurrency on Just2Trade for free. Also, if you make withdrawals in fiats, it’s free, while the fee for withdrawals in digital coins is 0.0005BTC. The quotes are stock. You can use leverage (however, its size is only 5:1).
