This is a complete scam broker! This broker needs money and finds a way to scam you! After verification, I deposited $500 to my account! I did that almost 3 months ago. Now I logged in to my account, it shows I don't have any live accounts! I chatted with the support, they said it's because of sanctions! What's that? They must let users before closing or freezing their account! That's against the rules! Plus sanctions don't include that! They just use this situation to earn and get money from users! The support team told me they would send an email during 24h working day to let me know what I should do! I received it after 10 minutes, exactly the same text that the support team told me but now from the security team email! To say that we announced you! Before this, they didn't let EU users register and they don't! But for EU sanctions because there's money for them, they did this to me! They will find a way to scam you, be sure about that!

My account:14282401. I deposited to exness through online transfer and was debited from my bank while my dashboard was saying rejected funds, I waited thinking exness will fixed this issue but hell no all they said is I should keep on waiting for 24hrs every day I texted there customer care and I will receive a via email text on my Gmail which I didn't get any and I gave them prove of transaction I made everything I didn't. Seems this broke ripe people for their money.

I had the same issue last week. They are saying they have not received the money, but will refund in 8-10 working days. They are purely playing with money.

Enough loyal broker for inexperienced beginners. You can trade on their mt4 platform with certain spreads is more suitable (profit and risk can be calculated in it). It was my first trading experience and i am greatufel for it.

This company is a fraud! One of their brokers literally scammed me into depositing USD 35k claiming she can re open a position to sell it on the higher price! And the only way to get this done is to open a new position on with the same size. Where all my money was gone and I'm left with nothing! She claimed to be from the finance department and her name is Olena, if you come across thus person, be careful!

I started trading with OctaFx for the first time in Feb. I did quite well and decided to withdraw my profits and keep my original investment. I withdrew 5 March and today is the 10th. All customer support keeps saying is I have to wait for an email from finance. No reference number. No turnaround time. I didnï¿½t work via a broker and traded individually and OctaFX basically scammed me out of my money. Everyday is the same story. ID: 60000936

That’s an average broker for me. I see nothing special here. However, for me, the lack of uniqueness isn’t smth negative. On the contrary, it’s smth I call predictable and for me this is a positive thing. I just opened a trading account here with the most affordable trading deposit and trade currencies on it. I don’t exactly remember how this account is called but it doesn’t matter. For me the main thing is that everything flows as I expect. I mean typical things I observe here. I open trades, closes them and withdraw earnings from time to time. I hope it all will be as it’s now. Over time I plan to gradually increase my depo to trade more assets.

I got nothing to complain about here. The broker executes its duties well as it should be. When it all flows normally it feels like nothing happens and that’s what I call a healthy atmosphere. Some folks may even find it boring because it’s like living in a grave but for me this seeming "boredom" is a sign that the broker does its job well. I also like when the broker doesn’t try to bother with “exclusive” offers. All I expect from it is to let me trade and withdraw money. It does it.

How does a company 'zero out' customer accounts. The first deposit was lost when the news about the decision of the US Federal Reserve to change the lending rate was released (the spread was widened to 147 points at the time of the news release against the standard 14-18 points for this type of account). Moreover, this was the third decision of the US Federal Reserve to change the lending rate for the current year, none of the first two such an expansion was even close (there is a script on the account that tracks the change in the spread), and surprisingly, in the first two cases, the company sent letters (by mail and to the terminal) about the upcoming news and, most importantly, about the possible expansion of the spread. In the first two, but not in this one. Prior to closing, the equity of the account was 250%, the positions were in an equivalent lock. The funny thing is that this account survived the fall of the Swiss franc, but apparently at that time the company did not have such an innovative idea to "zero" accounts. The company's answer is a simple quotation of the client agreement, no specifics, only "water in the ears". Throwing from a "specialist" "to the "specialist" only delays the time, does not affect the result in any way. There is no question of any professionalism, it seems that the students who earn extra money on their summer vacation, who have memorized the regulations, are responsible. Then the situation repeated itself, in a calm market, in the absence of economic news (checked on two news sites). At 8:00, the account equity was 270%, equivalently locked positions, the account has a breakeven trading advisor (taking into account swap, call margin level, and everything that needs to be taken into account), according to his calculations, the stop out should have occurred at a price of 1.13950, however, at 08:09 I received an email notification that the positions had been forcibly closed at 1.14973 and 1.14856, with a spread of 117 pips, respectively. There was a traded bonus on the account, which the company apparently "forgot" to take into account. The company has not yet answered my questions about the reasons for expanding the spread in a calm market, apparently the whole office is coming up with an answer, most likely they will again refer to the regulations.

It takes only about 10 minutes to deposit yet when you try to withdraw they'll say it has been credited and the banks were just waiting to process it. Fucking hell it's been a month. Tried to withdraw last February 11. No balance left on my account and it's March 9 already. I'll spread the news that I definitely don't recommend Octafx.

Although at times customer service has delays on chat replies, they make sure to get back to me right away. Overall, this is a good broker to trade with.

FXCC is a fine fx broker in my opinion. Trading conditions are fine and the broker's fees don't eat up all the profits from trading. I can trade all the currency pairs that I am interested in using a comfortable leverage of 1:500.

There are several platforms which are provided by this broker. As far as I am concerned, many traders are annoyed of using mt4 or mt5 platforms, so they try to trade on other ones, such as cTrader. I also decided recently to support this trend. I joined this broker to give cTrader a try.
