I was disqualified from my level up bonus with a profit of 245usd with 0.91 lots and 7 days trading. I don't know the reason because since I started trading, I've been trading using the same server or network and I don't think I did anything that violated the terms and conditions placed. Can you tell me what really happened?

Each client/computer/IP can open only one Bonus account. If system found out more than one bonus account in the same IP, it is considered as rules violation and those bonus accounts are cancelled. Long story short, leave ICMarkets while you still can. The customer support of this broker is manipulative into proving you are wrong even when they are the ones wrong.

How many negative reviews about JFX I read, but they still convinced me. I got caught in their web. Started from $500. They promised to protect and accompany me so that I would not go into a minus. Has it gone down the drain yet? replenish the deposit more, we will extend the operations, and with other tempting ideas, replenish your account! As a result, I deposited $6-7 to them for a month and a half. Work on gold, to buy, it is growing! Yes, I earned three thousand on it, got greedy and opened a bunch of buy deals the other day, I see it started to sag! Yes, and according to forecasts about a reversal they write. I ask my manager about it. No, everything is fine, trade in the same plan! Indeed, gold went up, but not for long. They are already writing in full about the decline, it is going down. I ask the manager what to do, can I close all transactions, with small pluses and small losses? His answer in a few hours - I'll call in the evening. No one called, deals are in progress, the minus is growing, the balance is melting. Today I lost my entire deposit. So where is the promised support and assistance? When you really need it, then it is not! And it turns out that I myself am to blame, I opened the deals myself! And the manager has nothing to do with it! But where was the manager when an important consultation was needed? If you have money you don't need - bring it to JFX.

I deposited 200$ and started trading I achieved 564$. On trying withdraw I had difficulties in doing, so I approached olymp support team they asked for account id, email, and screenshot of the account and profile/ They told me within 24 hrs I will withdraw. On reaching the next day my account was zero, no money, nothing. I can withdraw seeking for help to management, they say my account had nothing, despite giving evidence of screenshot everything was edited. I feel so bitter about what happened to me, they took everything, erased everything, and when I ask they say I had no money. Upto date no help.

Look, I advise you to try to withdraw money on the card. Visa or MasterCard, it doesn't matter. It will be about 24 hours, sometimes a little more. And no commission. If you use other withdrawal methods: services have different commissions of 2-3%.

Thought I would check the reviews before having to deposit 250 euros to access my own money. Which is still tied up with typical nonsense bonus criteria. As I thought this broker appear to be cowboys. I'll be avoiding them like the plague. 2017 was like the wild west with icos. I guess this is the risk we took.

My Acc ID is 37585089, also experienced the same shady behaviour from them. I deposited funds using my business account and to my surprise, my trading account was disabled. Upon my enquiry on this, I was requested to send the supporting documents to get it enabled again - I swiftly sent everything given that they still left all my trades running even though I could not access the account (take note that when the disable your account they leave the trades running which doesn't make any sense, but I sent everything so that I can get or even protect my profits before the market turns). I spoke to over 15 agents on their live chat who all told me that my request is being processed by their finance team without giving me the expected turn around time but only a false hope that I would get my deposit back because I was getting worried. I kept speaking to more agents daily over the course of 2 weeks without any change nor update as promised. It's been over 3 weeks with no action nor solid update from them. It's gotten to a point where the market turned against my positions and I still have no access to even close the trades. My experience with this broker has been the worst - haven't even gotten that promised email from the finance team which I doubt even exists.

I liked the idea of fxpro to make educational cards on trading. They are very informative and they are easy to comprehend at the same time. I mean that I have seen some of the brokers which offer tons of different articles covering different aspects of trading but they are really hard to follow.

I don’t trade on a real account here yet because as a very cautious person I always test new platforms on a demo account. I can’t say that this platform is to my liking cuz here functionality and convenience weren’t sacrificed in favor of one another. So, I can say that it’s a well-balanced product but what’s more crucial is that it gives new opportunities in trading. Some people don’t take fixed-time seriously and they make a big mistakes. It’s the thing you need to learn to use properly. For me, it’s very interesting to learn to trade FTT.
