Two months ago, I deposited 10k funds into a hantec account with my dollar debit card because I was promised low spread on the currency pair I wanted to trade (GBPJPY). But going forward I noticed they kept increasing the spread on the pair gradually until it was so high as opposed to their initial promise. So I decided to withdraw my money but it was cancelled over and over again, and they never sent me any withdrawal email. I contacted the account manager and she stated that I can't get my money back via the debit card method I had used before. After asking me to verify my bank account and to send my bank statement, I was told I'll be charged $230 for inactivity fee despite having traded for close to two weeks. She said to avoid the inactivity fee I needed to trade a 30 standard lot size, but I refused and applied for another withdrawal letting them take the $230 inactivity fee. They kept cancelling my withdrawal but were quick to take the $230 first. After a week+ of placing the withdrawal request for my capital over again, regular calls, emails and messages, they finally sent the remaining funds but took an additional $40 making it a total of $270 they took from me for deciding to use their brokerage. I have told my friends who I had recommended to Hantec to forgive me and withdraw their money from that scam brokerage. I would advise anyone thinking about funding their account with Hantec markets to contact me for proof and screenshot to verify my claim that Hantec markets is a fraudulent brokerage.

The experience with this multitasking broker turned out to be interesting, even instructive even. Hantec Markets provides access to many trading platforms, allows you to choose among thousands of different instruments. It is indeed a worthy rival to the already established giants of the market. I am delighted with the speed of the terminal. I have never seen trade orders executed so quickly. It's just something! Thanks to this express train, I was able to make good money. No other broker gave such fast execution!

I traded for five months at Hantec Markets, I was very pleased. The manager raised the most questions - good forecasts, but his communication style was extremely controversial. I didn't leave because of that, though. Forex sometimes bothers me, it takes a decent amount of time, the output for me is incommensurable. But if I return, then most likely I will open an account again in Hantec Markets, conditions suitable for me, a convenient terminal and a personal account, money is withdrawn slowly but honestly. There are no complaints from an ordinary trader.

Is there any sign of letter required from hantec broker? if i want to closed my trading account from hantec global broker and any problem faced in withdrawals money from hantec broker.

yestarday, day 04 july 2018 i talk with operator from site and they spoke that not accept scalp.

Broker offers a ecn account. It's a feature to diversify trading performance. The bad news is they can close it without a proper notification. Actually, I've made many complaints before but it's not a reason to close customers trading account. You will be also surprised by extra charges for maintaining your account.

Heard they say: avoid Hantec. I would not be set against this broker. It is rather interesting. Its multi account manager solution operates rather good. It allows professional traders to get access to unlimited trading accounts with stop loss, take profit and pending order functionality. EA trading is available. My funds are protected as far as they are kept in a segregated account. I continue trading… have not withdrawn my profit yet, cannot say a word about it yet.
