I still trade through ingot, but there is a huge desire to change this broker. For several months, my balance has not only decreased dramatically but also become negative. This is likely due to an average increase of spread value for currency pairs. Until a certain time, I traded profitably. Only increasing spreads can have such an impact on my trading results. If so, I have no reason to stay with them.

Investtechfx has been selected in nomination of the best scam broker in 2011. I agree with many users here who post reviews, but we all know what happened at the end. Good customer service, spreads start from 0.5 points, popular platform mt4 + zulutade for copying successful traders.... The minimum deposit was $100, which is a total amount I lost. I posted comment on their website but it was removed. There were issues like unauthorized prolongation of VIP services for customers with accounts more than $20000. After that, you couldn't withdraw funds within the whole year. The withdrawal issue was the main problem active customers faced. Most of traders had conversations with broker' managers by phone. It was a biggest mistake because Investtechfx has used it as a way of hiding evidences of customer existence. No emails from official address, no evidence. So people were not able to proof they have contacted with company. Stupid mistake of not curiosity.

Have you tried to withdraw money yet? They owe me >$28K after closing my account, and would not refund it, claiming I had twenty-six trades open, that they closed resulting in a loss. I had eight trades open. Seven of the trades they claimed I made occurred after MT4 stopped working and I had turned the computer off. On of the trades was made on a Saturday (market is closed, no trades are possible). I have filed complaints with eleven regulatory agencies, and so far, with eight forex company rating websites. The CFTC sanctioned Investtechfx.com just recently for violation of its rules (In the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, see: Commodity Futures Trading Commission vs. Investtechfx Technologies, Inc. My biggest thanks to this forex website for being so user-friendly. I never thought I would be very interested in trading currencies but when I chanced upon this site, it really helped expand my knowledge and enabled me to earn extra income. The site is easy to navigate and provides the necessary information to get you started in forex trading. One doesn't need to enroll in a trading course as the information provided on the site is easy to understand from the definitions to the financial products and markets and common issues encountered.

I like the web-based platform as it's available to download without a hitch plus the site is totally secure. With its high level of security, I don't have to worry about my personal information leaking out. Apart from the confidence the site gives me when trading in foreign exchange, I can also avail of technical support any time I encounter problems or have some important questions to ask. The phone support is very good as well.
