Maxi Forex are professional scammers! In no case do not get fooled by their eloquent phrases and promises! You can easily get your money, but you definitely won’t be able to withdraw your own money in full! I worked with them for a whole year, for a whole year I heard a lot of promises and invested $ 60,000. As a result, I have nothing and no one gets in touch! Stay away from these scammers!
I didn't want to join Maxi Forex at first. The manager *** kept calling annoyingly, telling beautiful tales, paying for insurance, that is, you can compensate for the loss. As a result: expert *** is somehow secretive, he will not tell you when you can withdraw money. I deposited 500 dollars, in 10 days I earned 1100 dollars, but I could not withdraw, the expert said that I need to make 300 transactions. I got 3 trades per day plus 2 days off. I made a small mistake and my trading account ended up in the red. I was hoping for insurance. The expert said that if I deposited $1,000, I would receive insurance for another $1,200, provided that if I deposited these funds today, it would be too late tomorrow. As a result, the manager no longer answers, the expert does not answer all questions, it is useless to call the toll-free number, they refer that only an expert should be contacted with my problems. That's it.
I do not know about all complaints regarding poor customer support but i really had troubles to reach live manager to ask some questions. Moreover, many execution issues took place during last three months. I've made more detailed review on this broker and it seems like there is no reason to stay with them.
Maxi is a dying broker. No chances to get new customers. That's why they've made me an offer to get a new book of successful trading strategies. I recently closed my micro account in maxi due to lack of normal trading conditions. What they did is massive spam attack just to offer me a book. Suspicious, right? But after that it was an endless flow of phone calls about to open account again. They said about new liquidity provider and soft but I know what it is really like. Don't even listen anybody from that company. They have nothing to offer, only fees and commissions.

Attracting people to take "Bonus" and than emptying them accounts by multiply trades with spread and similar crime techniques.
Maxi Forex has quite a fast order execution. the spreads are low, the client support is always reacting quick and helpfully to all my problems and requests.
