Having traded with several brokers over the years, I've found the quality of service provided by Sun Hung Kai Financial (SHKF) to be commendable. In the few instances I needed support, the SHKF customer service team was both responsive and knowledgeable. It's clear that they prioritize their clients' concerns, and their feedback system indicates they're always looking to improve.

While SHKF's commissions and fees are competitive, it's always essential to fully understand the breakdown of costs associated with each trade. Their transparency in this regard is appreciated. I can honestly say that I was initially skeptical about Sun Hung Kai. The reviews must have had their effect. But then I thought that I don’t remember a broker whose reviews were extremely positive. And I decided to check the work of Sun Hung Kai myself. In 11 months of trading with them, I have not yet seen any serious problems. Slow withdrawal of funds, of course, is observed. But they give money back. A broker with its own history and with its own rules, which they carefully follow. Violations are punishable by the cancellation of the transaction and profit. Withdraw funds honestly, but for a long time. The managerial staff is weak, on important issues it is better to immediately contact support. In general, you can trade, and you can also earn.

Normal broker at first glance. I found a number of advantages for myself. Although, cons too. In general, the minus is that there are no cent accounts, there is no way to enter with a small deposit for a test. Managers are pretty aggressive. In contrast, I note the high-quality work of the terminal and the speed of execution. The support service is also good. I withdrew for a test, at first they did not want to withdraw money, but in the end I received a withdrawal after 5 days. I have no problems with withdrawal. They take it out for a long time - there is such a thing. And I'm in no particular hurry. But I have never seen such a clear execution of orders. I try to communicate with my manager to a minimum, because he starts to strain with his advice. I still only trade on my own plan. In short, everything is fine with Sun Hung Kai so far.

Sun Hung Kai never been well recognizable FX broker. However, I still trade with them for almost 2 years. Being honest, I have no issues from broker’s side. It’s a Chinese name but there are several languages support so you no need to worry about that. The biggest advantage is they have variety of tools and additional services. As a foreign customer, I have 4 currencies to choose from to make deposit. Broker was founded in 1969. So it’s old enough to have a solid reputation in global brokerage industry.

They claim that you never get re-quotes during working hours. Unfortunately, that is not as honest as it was said. When I make request to open position, i still have not instant execution. Bid and ask prices move between each request and next tick. After that, i have not accepted order and get another price by which i can buy or sell currency pair. In FAQ section on the website is clear statement that no re-quotes in volatile market. I can proof there are plenty of them. I loose opportunities to open positive trades that will bring me profit. Instead, you miss good prices and finally not enter the market because it's too late. No re-quotes mean no other price when you open position. But It’s not work this way with SHK Financial.
