Broker keeps its promises regarding constant improving services. Everything works very great now. I used to have that problem with cross hedging and margin requirements, but it was finally resolved. Moreover, commissions decreased and these little changes has dramatic impact on my performance. I would say that each question you have is negotiable. You can get better conditions for trading than officially offered but you need to have sufficient trading volumes on your account. Broker is ready for open dialogue.

An honest broker is hard to find, as the song goes. You have to be careful. After several annoying encounters, EXTO has been a relief. They are easy to get on the phone and very cooperative. The platform is pro and fast. Spread is ok, 3 pips on gbpusd.
